Important Information:
All tickets include access to the legendary afterparty.
Please plan ahead, all guests must be on site by 7pm (without exception), there is a strict one-way gate policy after this time (once you’ve left you can’t come back in).
Any patron assessed by security at the gate as being intoxicated will be denied entry.
Transaction and booking fees apply and are added at checkout.
The bus from Hamilton:
Return bus tickets from Hamilton are available for $20 per person, these must be purchased at the same time that your event tickets are purchased.
Buses depart from and return to Grantham St in Hamilton (near the museum). Departure time is 5:00pm from Grantham St, and 11pm from Cambridge Raceway for the return trip.
What will I need to get in?
Please have your ticket and ID ready at the gates. Please also be prepared for a bag search at the gate.
Can I BYO food and drinks?
No, there is no BYO allowed at this meeting. There is also a liquor ban being enforced in the carparks prior to the event. But rest assured we have plenty of delicious food and beverage options available for you at this event.
Will I need cash?
No, this is a cashless event. Eftpos and PayWave facilities will be available for all bar and tote purchases in GA areas. You can also use cash to place your bets if you prefer.
Will this event go ahead if it rains?
Welcome to the Waikato. Yes, we are an all-weather venue, and the action will continue no matter the weather. We're hoping the forecast improves before Friday as rain is predicted, but if not please come prepared with raincoats etc, because the show will go on.

There's no official dress code, but if you're looking for inspiration, we suggest checking out some of the photos from last year’s event here.

We will not tolerate intoxication on our premises. Please do not be offended if you are refused service or entry to this event.
